Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Delivery Policy
Our delivery fee ranges from $12.50-$22.50 based on zip code. The majority of zip codes in our service area incur a $14 delivery fee. Multiple orders going to the same address will only be charged a single delivery fee.
We offer same-day delivery on orders received by 2pm Monday through Friday. We may occasionally be able to accomodate same-day orders placed after the cut-off time. Please call us at 704-342-3919, and our friendly sales consultants will be happy to assist you.
Every attempt will be made to deliver your order as early in the day as possible. All deliveries to businesses will be delivered by 4pm. If your order is time-sensitive, we do offer an AM express delivery option for a flat $25 delivery fee. Please call our shop directly to place a time-sensitive order. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays unless pre-arranged and approved by management.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowersor plants. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact you before major substitutions are made, but ultimately, our priority is to ensure your loved one receives an arrangment of equal or greater value, in order that they know you have thought of them on the occasion. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain vases and containers may be necessary due to demand and availability. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
